About
Amir is an Iranian-Canadian producer, guitarist, and sound engineer based in Vancouver. He started making music in 2006 in Iran’s underground scene, playing in bands as a session guitarist and leading a few workshops on music production and mixing in a hybrid setup. Over time, he developed his own sound, somewhere between post punk and indie.
He’s toured across Europe, the U.S., and Canada, playing everything from festivals to small venues. These days, he works out of his studio in Vancouver, blending analog and digital gear to shape each track.
Amir also has a background in software engineering, which gives him a technical edge in sound design and production.
